Role: Network Engineer (C, Routing, Unicast, Multicast protocols)

Location:  Milpitas, CA

Duration: Long Term Contract

MAX Rate: $40/Hr on C2C

 

!! NOTE: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Layer2/Layer3 multicast technologies !!

 

Description:

C, Routing, Unicast, Multicast protocols like PIM, MSDP, Auto-RP, BSR, IGMP, IGMP Snooping, MLD, MLD snooping etc is required

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Layer2/Layer3 multicast technologies.

Must have strong Routing/Switching background.

Must have strong experience with routers and switch architecture.

Must be playing a strong technical role in the current position

Experience with Unicast and  Multicast protocols like PIM, MSDP, Auto-RP, BSR, IGMP, IGMP Snooping, MLD, MLD snooping etc is required

A clear understanding of the product development cycle, technical requirements with a strong understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices.

Candidate must have a strong record delivering software projects on-time and with high quality

Candidate must possess good oral and written communication skills, be highly self-motivated, and have the ability to work in a team environment
