1.      ITIL V2/V3 Certification
2.      Experience in Service-Now as a System Administrator or Programmer/Analyst.
3.      Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
4.      Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration
5.      Experience in Service-Now Programing and Analysis:

Ability to Glide Record
Accessing user Information
System Security
Client Scripting & UI policies
Graphical Workflow
Service Catalog & Catalog Scripting
Reference Qualifiers & Dependent Fields  
Table & Field Manipulation
Import Set
Email Notifications
Transform Maps
Managing MID Tier.
Integration of service –now with various third party tools
Developing and configuring web services in service-now
Configurations and customizations of Service-Now applications, e,g. Service Catalog, Incident and Change
