Title: Oracle Developer Opportunity

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: Long Term

 

Responsibilities

• Support business analysts and internal business teams during requirements gathering and project scoping process (for example, provide technical feasibility input if appropriate)
• Design, develop, implement, test, and deploy technical solutions that meet functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business analysts to deliver with predictability all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment.
• Work with project managers to organize and manage projects from a technical perspective.

 

Minimum qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience designing, building and maintaining relational database applications (including performance tuning and data modeling).
• Experience with finance and accounting processes.
• Coding experience in SQL, PL/SQL and/or Java.

 

Preferred qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• 4 years of experience with some of these technologies: XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle Applications Framework, Java, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, web technologies.
• Detailed knowledge of one or more finance functional areas (e.g., order management, accounts receivable, service contracts).
• Solid understanding of Oracle FND module such as function security, KFF, DFF, etc.
• Familiarity with software development processes and project life cycles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and comfort with high service level expectations. Strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.
