This Position looks like more of a .NET position than a Oracle developer position

 

Role: Analyst Programmer

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Duration: 12 Months

 

Nature of project or situation which requires contractor staff to supplement permanent staff:

To augment staff to support the Development and deployment of Complaint Tracking & Licensing application for Consumer Affairs & OEO.

 

Specification of needed skill sets

Minimum 5 years' experience in Microsoft .NET (C# or VB.Net) and PL-SQLfTransactSQL/ ANSl-SQL technologies/standards (Oracle or SQL Server)

 

Required working experience (Otherwise please don't send resume) in following areas:

•        Strong in Oracle 10g or higher or SQL Server 2008 or higher, DDL/DML, PLSQLfT-SQL knowledge in stored procedures, functions, performance tuning of SQL code, well versed in TOAD or SQL Management Studio, must have experience working with large Oracle databases, data import export to PDF, Excel and text files. Must have a knowledge of ANSI-SOL standards.

•        Must have working knowledge on .Net Framework 4.0 using VB.Net/C#, object oriented concepts, ASP.Net page life cycle, Windows Forms.

•        Strong in HTML, CSS, Cross browser html support and DOM understanding.

•        JQuery knowledge, Ajax using Ajax Control Toolkit and JavaScript.

•        MVC 3.0 or higher, Entity Framework 4.0 or higher knowledge

•        TFS 2008/2010, Version Control, Merging, Task handling and documenting,

•        Bugs Resolving

 

Preferred but not required experience/ skills/ knowledge

• TFS 2008/2010, Branching, Builds Queuing, TFS Task Estimation, web application Deployment and understanding of Application Change Control.

• Working knowledge and experience handling in JSON.

• Working knowledge of Crystal 2008 Reporting or higher and/or SQL reporting.

• HTML 5 knowledge, Windows workflow, llS 7.5.

• Knowledge of Knockout, Twitter Bootstrap, Modernizr, SPA (Single-Page Application) or SPI (Single-Page Interface), Angular JS, Breez ..

• PowerBuilder 12.5 knowledge.
