This is the latest req from client Revenue Solutions Inc (RSI)… they are a solution provider like IBM and HP but they specialize in state government projects. We have had success placing candidates on this project, so if your candidates meets the requirements, they should have a strong chance of landing an interview. There are two spots open and the project has a duration of at least two years.
The location is Jefferson City, MO
Keys to this role:
· This is a junior dot net developer… NO MORE THAN FIVE (5) of experience… DO NOT SEND ME ANY RESUME WITH MORE THAN 5 YEARS EXPREIENCE!
· The candidates will need to be local to Jefferson City, MO… the two closest cities are St. Louis, MO and Kansas City, MO... if not, then we can pull candidates from the following states: Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kentucky and Tennessee.
· Any state or federal government projects would be a plus!
· Must focus on offline work using SQL and .NET.
Interview process: two to three rounds of interviews. The first round will be a phone screen with an RSI recruiter, if that goes well then there will be a second round with the SW Development Manager (this will be either a Skype, phone or face to face interview). The third round interview will be with the Project Manager running the project.

RSI is implementing our product, Revenue Premier, at the Missouri Department of Revenue. These resources will work directly for RSI and if the resources do well we have work with them in Missouri for several years.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for several Software Developers to join a new, large-scale systems development and integration project at our client site in Jefferson City, MO. Using your experience in the design, development, and delivery of large-scale .NET-based software solutions, you will be responsible for developing and testing custom code for the software interfaces, integrating third party components, and participating in production migrations.

We need 4 .NET developers in Jefferson City, MO - long-term assignments. Back-end, offline processes, no web development. Formal job description is below. Again, focus on offline work using SQL and .NET.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Immediate authorization to work in the US
- 3+ years relevant software design and development experience using .NET, ASP, or C#; large-scale system work preferred
- Experience with WCF web services
- Experience developing n-tier applications
- Experience writing T-SQL scripts and creating/maintaining stored procedures
- Experience with standard development techniques such as RUP and/or agile programming techniques
- Ability to translate use cases using standard modeling techniques into working code
- Experience working with clients to develop and document system requirements
- Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PREFFERED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Advanced degree
- Experience in developing a custom back end (i.e. intranet) web enterprise system
- Experience with large-scale public sector IT projects
- Experience with production support, performance testing, and SQL tuning
- Familiarity with Java and TFS
- Experience with MVS architecture
