Work Description –

· Focus on troubleshooting the current billing system Oracle CCB (Customer Care and Billing).

· Provides day-to-day technical assistance and support for application.

· Provides subject matter expertise to help assess the current status, identify the issues, look for fixes based on best practices, and then help to coordinate development, testing and enhancements of system.
