Position: Telecom Engineer
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 6 months
Verint WFM, Call recording, CISCO Call Manager, CTIOS
Ø L2, L3 Incident Management
Ø Implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of all Customer Services call routing projects
Ø Verint WFM installation and upgrades
Ø Support of call center infrastructure
Ø Work with the design team to implement and test new applications and scripts in the ICM design and production environments
Ø Script and configure various changes in various ICM environments
Ø Troubleshot CTI and Envision application configuration
Ø Troubleshoot Verint Call recording and web portal issues
Ø Switching technologies like STP, MST etc...
Ø Troubleshooting network performance issues(Voice and Data)
Ø Telecom operations – Voice, phone deployments, PBX support
Ø Configuration / Installation of telecom & network devices
Ø Integration between Verint and CISCO call manager
Ø Telecom device monitoring and Reporting
Ø New hire phone setup & Process termination request
Ø Troubleshooting and coordination with service provider
Ø Cisco UCM, ICM and Voice gateways
