Job Description:

·         Expertise in all stages of Recruitment life cycle, starting from sourcing CV, Screening, Negotiating rates, coordinating with vendors, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.

·         Good experience in Searching the candidates in the Job Portals like Dice, Monster, CB, Tech-Fetch and Indeed.

·         Understand requirement specification, find and screen candidates, setup interviews etc.

·         Strong  experience in placing and Handling the OPT/CPT/H1B/GC's and US Citizens.

·         Must be familiar with US tax terms (Corp-to-Corp, 1099 & W-2).

·         Ability to work independently and also in a team environment.

·         Should be able to meet targets and deadlines on time.

·         Must have very good communications and listening skills.
