Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 6+Months

Job Description:

• Troubleshooting global contact center environment (>5000 agents) in Avaya telephony infrastructure (PBX, Carrier), Click2Call, Reporting, etc. 
• (requires general networking knowledge beyond Avaya)
• Ability to take control with excellent communication skills in garnering support from peer teams (Networks, telecom, vendors)
