Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Primary Skills: Financial Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Will be assisting in multiple projects.
May also include annuity based projects and conversion projects.
Will need to communicate effectively across multiple enterprise teams to collaborate on issues, address project goals, deadlines and deliverables.
Will need to facilitate meetings, follow up, risk mitigation, and update business plan to move project forward. Will be working with individuals in multiple time zones.
Need to have a good financial background with experience working with investments, annuities, hedge funds and insurance.
Will help institute process improvement methodologies along with LEAN principals within this enterprise team.
Can include working with other business units located in different countries, on multiple time zones.
Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
Candidate should have solid documentation skills and the ability to follow-up and resolve outstanding issues and complete tasks.
Looking for a hands on individual that can manage logistics and drive deliverables to completion.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to multitask on several projects at one time.
Any PMI, CMM, or ITIL experience or certifications would be a bonus.
Previous experience as a Financial Consultant or Business Analyst, or Actuary, or within Accounting would be a huge plus.
Any previous experience with in accounting and or finance would also be helpful
