Position: Senior Oracle Financials Application Developer
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 6++ months
Required Skills:
We need a senior Oracle Apps Developer that has extensive PL/SQL Development experience with the Oracle Core Financials modules; ie: GL, AP, AR. This resource will be migrating data into the NetSuite modules.
8+ years of Oracle Apps PL/SQL Development
5+ years of Oracle Financials
Strong preference is experience with NetSuite.
Role: Sr. ETL/QA Tester – Medicaid/Medicare Tester (GC/USC/EAD-GC)
Location: Arkansas, Eden Prairie, MN, or Hartford, CT
Duration: 6+ Months
Primary Responsibilities:
· Assume accountability for overall quality of programs, includes reviewing processes and deliverables within all phases of the program to ensure the right people, processes, tools and end deliverables are in place
· Provide Test Management Leadership and serve as single point of contact for test activities across large cross application enterprise efforts, with an emphasis on System, Integration and UAT testing.
· Work with multiple QA teams to create test plans and test approach required for the different phases of project.
· Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
· Participate in Requirements and Design reviews, plan and estimate the QA effort.
· Plan test strategies in accordance with project scope and develop schedules to meet delivery dates.
· Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
· Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or defect retests, or usability
· Develop process for Data Analysis and testing Data flow.
· Coordinate with UAT team and user groups and support during planning, execution, defect resolution.
· Develop weekly status reports on over all tasks, test execution and defect report details.
· Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance.
· Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within Information Technology software
· Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within Information Technology software.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of equivalent experience required
· 5+ years of Quality Assurance/Testing experience required
· 5+ years in Quality/ Test Management Required
· 4+ years in SQL scripts, packages and procedures.
· 3+ Years of experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) projects.
· 3+ Years of experience testing in a Datawarehouse environment
· 1+ Year experience with the Agile Methodology
· 3+ Year of experience with a relational database
· Experience on Medicaid enterprise processes, services and systems
· Experience in Decision Support System and services
· Test Management tools (DevSuite) Required
· Experience in Cognos report studio
· Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
· Proven User Acceptance Testing experience
· Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle Required.
· Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required. Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required. Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.
· Travel required when testing activities are being performed.
