Duration : Long Term
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. MBA a plus.
Command of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) trees and very comfortable leading Business session to identify best practices metrics and scorecards.
Strong capabilities in leveraging Business Intelligence tools including Tableau, Qlikview or Spotfire.
Thorough understanding design and development processes including – data model design and development, reports/dashboard design and development, and business intelligence reporting strategies.
Experience with SQL and Entity Relationship diagrams.
3+ years' experience with Tableau or Qlikview with hands-on, full lifecycle implementations including latest versions.
10+ years' experience in BI architecture and report development.
Industry Experience in Energy or Construction a plus.
Strong analytical thinker with the ability to analyze data and present key findings/recommendations.
Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements).
English: Fluent. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
