·         7-8 year Senior TL / Architect equivalent talents.

·         Strong in Core Java , basic SQL, Unix and some J2EE knowledge.

·         Should be technically hands on and should be able to front end business and manage offshore work.

·         Would require interaction and interfacing with multiple teams.

·         Should have design skills.
