Job Description
Manage technical admin support for IBM Guardium database monitoring tool for SOX for several US units
Excellent communication skills, act as primary client contact. Write business cases, scopes and SOWs.
Manage product licensing, revenue, and reporting metrics; contract with vendors for Professional Services.
Manage technical staff and consultants in US and Asia.
Plan and manage agent installations and product upgrades, work with vendor on problem resolution
Using Guardium tool - create reports and workflows for users
Create rules; troubleshoot, analyze and solve issues
Provide system information to clients and auditors
Plan and participate in Disaster Recovery Tests
Manage problem resolution (IBM PMR Tickets) and work with vendor for support
3 years' experience with the Guardium system
Knowledge of Windows and UNIX,--mainframe a plus.
