Responsibilities
Working with business and technical requirements;
- Technical specifications;
- Process, system, data flow and/or network diagrams;
- Traceability matrices;
- Design documents;
- Program or technical analyses;
- Test plans;
- Training materials;
- Meeting minutes and materials;
- Presentation materials;
- Procurement documents.
Requirements:
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements (5+ years);
- Experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing (5+ years);
- Experience producing documentation related to meetings, analyses, or training materials (5+ years);
- Experience testing custom or off-the-shelf applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards (5+ years);
- Experience facilitating large focus-group sessions, webinars, interviews, or other meetings (3+ years);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint;
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint is desirable;
- Experience with projects in any of the following desirable:
- large-scale data warehouse solutions;
- reports and dashboards, large data sets;
- identity management – single sign-on solutions;
- Bachelor of Science/Arts degree (preferred).
