Responsibilities

• Working with business and technical requirements;

• Technical specifications;
• Process, system, data flow and/or network diagrams;
• Traceability matrices;
• Design documents;
• Program or technical analyses;
• Test plans;
• Training materials;
• Meeting minutes and materials;
• Presentation materials;
• Procurement documents.

 

Requirements:

• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements (5+ years);
• Experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing (5+ years);
• Experience producing documentation related to meetings, analyses, or training materials (5+ years);
• Experience testing custom or off-the-shelf applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards (5+ years);
• Experience facilitating large focus-group sessions, webinars, interviews, or other meetings (3+ years);
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint;
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint is desirable;
• Experience with projects in any of the following desirable:

• large-scale data warehouse solutions;
• reports and dashboards, large data sets;
• identity management – single sign-on solutions;

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree (preferred).
