Location: Reston VA
Hourly rate: 40/hr All Inclusive

Business Analyst I - ITIL
· Candidate must be at least ITIL Foundation level Certified
· Able to perform current state/future state/gap analysis for current processes and define future state based on ITIL continuous service improvement principles
· Analytical Thinking - 3 year(s)
· Business Analysis - 3 year(s)
· Act as a liaison and define and implement an ITIL based service improvement plan
· Able to define KPIs and associated metrics to implement service improvement plan
· Create and deliver contractual and ad-hoc performance metrics.
· Must be a change agent – not just a theoretician
· Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple parties – client, other service providers (Accenture, for example), locations (DC area, Columbia, Troy)
· Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, vlookup, left, right, len…. (VBA a definite plus, but not a requirement)
