Create/write HTML and CSS, JavaScript to build web pages and other electronic designs (e-newsletters). HTML5 and CSS3 experience a plus. 2. Design comps/images to show the look and feel of web pages and other electronic designs - using InDesign, photoshop or Illustrator.   3. Review and analyze electronic codes and designs to make best practice recommendations for page development design approach.       Summary Information   Work Location: Owings Mills MD

Requirements: * College Degree or Technical Certification with 1-3 years of experience. 1 - 3 years of front end web development experience is required.
