Must have:
Ø 5 years minimum experience Ø VB.NET Ø ASP.NET Ø C#.NET Ø HTML Ø CSS Ø Javascript Ø SQL Server Development
No data warehousing .
Ø It's ASP.Net/VB.Net web development, with MS SQL Server database development. Ø Candidate should have experience writing Stored Procedures, Views, and SQL Functions Ø Candidate should be experienced writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ø In some instances they will develop a stand-alone interface (web page), while in others they'll be producing stubs to be used in our custom CMS. Ø They are a Microsoft shop and would like someone with experience developing ASP.Net applications in MS Visual Studio. 3-5 years experience
Responsive Design is a Plus
Questions about skills sets:
Ø What types of platform(s) will the Developer be interacting / developing for Windows Ø Will the focus be more Application Systems, Dbase, Network, O/S or Software Design--- 60% software-- 40% database -- SQL Ø What language(s) skills should the designer have? VB.net/ C#.net--- html--- css-js Ø Responsive design, html/css3 is future direction.
Additional Information:
Ø Through end of year, If he or she is good maybe 2014. Ø They need to be in commuting distance to the White Plains client office to make it easier on he/she. Ø Client would want to see a sample of their coding Ø This is for a new client so it needs to be someone strong. |
