REQUIRED SKILLS: The candidate must 
- have 3+ years using with Rational RequisitePro 
- have strong communication skills, be able to clearly articulate complex concepts, and be comfortable leading discussions with a wide range of individuals 
- be well organized and be able to work and balance priorities across multiple projects 
- have solid writing skills 
- demonstrate analytical capabilities and research skills to determine and resolve complex problems 
- be able to work independently and as an effective team member
