QA Lead

* Experience Leading a team of 6/8 resources with primary delivery role * QA Metrics expertise - Defect Reporting, Project Health/Status Report, Dashboards * WEB/Mobile Applications Testing experience * Experience in Automation testing * Expert in creating Master Test Plan and Strategy * Excellent Communication skills a must * .Net Applications Testing Experience * Advanced SQL Skills - SQL Server 2008 * QA Skills - Defect Management, Risk Based Testing, Integration, System Testing * Security Testing Expertise * Good to have IVR Testing expertise

5 to 7 years
