Role: Business System Analyst-Healthcare Industry(Need to be Technical BA's)
Location: King of Prussia, PA(Locals Needed)
F2F Interview is MUST after Phone Screen
3 Positions
Skills / Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of Business System Analysis experience
Business Analysis, System Analyst, PMP, Agile Certifications a plus
Experience as a business analyst handling web and desktop applications.
Experience as a business analyst in development project involving RDBMS/SQL/ETL/Reporting technology is preferred
Strong understanding of SDLC frameworks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Project management skills & problem solving skills
Bachelor degree required, Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
Leads project stakeholders in the analysis process
Interacts with project stakeholders to elicit and document project requirements
Produces professional quality project artifacts including but not limited to business requirements documents, use cases, issue logs, test cases and other documents as needed.
Serves as a critical resource and liaison between subject matter experts and technical experts throughout the project lifecycle.
Estimates the time required to deliver project artifacts and reports progress toward delivery goals throughout project.
Identifies and communicates both risks and solutions
Participates in the testing, QA and training of a product.
Assist in application support and management of defects, enhancements and change requests.
Able to work across programs and on multiple parallel tasks.
Demonstrated ability to function as a thought leader
