Job Title: C# .Net Technical Team Lead

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

INTERVIEW PROCESS: PHONE SCREEN AND IN-PERSON INTERVIEW - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Description: 

1.       Extensive knowledge and experience with following languages/frameworks: .NET 4.5, C#, LINQ, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, Angularjs, Web API, HTML, CSS

2.       Web Services design and development using: WCF, REST

3.       Database skills:

a.       MS SQL/T-SQL (queries and stored procedure development), ORM – Entity Framework, ADO.NET

4.       Experienced using the following Architecture Patterns and Programming language model:

a.       MVC

b.      MVVM

c.       OOP

5.       Demonstrable experience and skills at applying design patterns to complex application architectures:

a.       Factory method

b.      Decorator

c.       Command

d.      Publish/Subscribe

e.      Strategy

6.       Experience with test driven development, writing unit tests and solid understanding how to write testable code

7.       Experience with improving Code Quality using:

a.       Code reviews

b.      Code coverage tools

c.       Code Analysis tools

8.       Experience of working as a member of an agile team and familiar with agile planning and estimation techniques. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamental rationale for employing an agile approach to implementation.

9.       Experience with using engineering practices that compliment an agile approach.

10.   Test driven development, source branching strategies, continuous integration etc.

11.   Experience working with TFS for source control, deployment / builds, backlog and task management.

12.   Manage development team using Agile and scrum methodologies.

13.   Ability to write design specifications based on architecture blueprint documents.

14.   Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

15.   Detail oriented, ability to multi-task.

16.   Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
