Job Title: Production Support Analyst

Duration: Contract

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Client: AIG

Rate: $45/hour on C2C

 

Need local candidate for F2F interview.

Production Support Analyst/Lead Opportunity located in Jersey City, New Jersey

Responsibilities:

• Production support coordination and processes
• Provide technical resolutions to incidents and requests, reporting, root cause analysis
• Write codes

Position Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years minimum
• Production Support experience a must
• Hands on working knowledge and experience of SQL on a relational database
• SQL (aside from Oracle) could also be UDB, Sybase, Microsoft SQL  
• Hands on working knowledge of at least one Web Servers (Tomcat/others/Weblogic) required 
• Hands on working knowledge of Java required 
• Hands on working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python/Perl) required 
• Attention to details required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SDLC and batch process desired 
• Insurance is preferred, but Financial background is also good

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
