JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Job Title | Automation Tester |
Relevant Experience (in Yrs) | Min 6 years |
Experience Required | · Expertise with functional automation frameworks and tools across technology landscape like UFT, Selenium, Coded UI, etc. · Expertise with SOA, ETL and interface testing using SOAP UI, CA DevTest, etc. · Knowledge of latest trends in automation · Expertise with junit, xunit etc. used by development team to leverage the same for functional component and business process automation |
Functional Skills / Responsibilities | · Responsible for understanding the test plans for the iteration or phase · Develop Test Scripts and Reusable functions as assigned · Develop automated tests according to the established design and framework · Execute automated scripts and evaluate results · Report defects and retest code fixes · Attend project meetings (e.g. defect management, requirements walk-through, and so on.) · Proactively identifies and escalates any issues or risks to test leadership and assists with resolution · Prepares regular testing status reports and provides testing metrics as appropriate |
