Network Voice Admin

Job Description:

• Network Voice Admin (Mandatory)
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications products including Unified Communications Manager, Unity, Call Center, and Contact Center Enterprise
• Analyze existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions
• Install and configure voice gateways as part of the IP telephony system 
• Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems
• Configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers
• Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice and data network issues
• As an Administrator, you should be able to do system administration, Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
• Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management. Should be able to handle issues independatly and suggest/ implement services improvements plans. Should be able to identify and highlight scope of automation to lead or Manager

Mandatory Skills:  Network Voice Admin Infra Administration and Maintenance, Networking Admin, Technical Support, Monitoring and TT Tools
