Role:                     ETL Developer

Location:             Charlotte, NC

Duration:            3+ Months

 

Must Have:         Ab Initio, Agile

 

Description:       

Responsibilities:

Designs, codes, repairs, enhances, integrates, upgrades, converts, provides level-3 support, and administers application software, and middleware.

Work is performed within guidelines set by management regarding the development life cycle, version control, source code control, documentation, unit testing, code verification, code deployment, and team collaboration.

This position collaborates with Project Management, QA, Security, collaborative groups/clients and other cross functional teams to define, provide for, and test deliverables.

Technologies include Ab Initio; Some DataStage / Microsoft DTS; Advanced Database knowledge including oracle, SQL Server and Redbrick; UNIX and Windows Systems and Query tools.

 

Requirements:

8 years of ETL development experience (including experience with Ab Initio)

Must have prior experience working in an Agile / SCRUM environment.

Strong overall background with relational databases, complex queries, business intelligence, and general problem-solving.

Prefer someone with experience working with Oracle databases and in UNIX environments.

Bachelor's Degree is required
