Details:
* Functions as liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Documents current state process flows. Supports and enhance current applications and provides direction to end users on available functionality and capabilities.
* Develops specifications and procedures to address end user business requirements. Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs of the business. Manages and documents any change requests related to the working project plans. Manages scope creep and communicates accordingly.
* Communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze business needs. Develops, defines and builds technology via business cases enabling business and technology change.
* Enhances internal IT processes and methodologies and participates in business process and technology initiatives to improve business performance. Provides guidance in QA work so the appropriate level of testing is plan and executed.
* Develops and reviews audit and control processes to facilitate optimal service performance and operational integrity.
* Recommends best in class technology solutions to improve business decision-making with a focus on core systems, technology strategies and standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
* Requires 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience with demonstrated quality assurance, risk management and project management experience.
* Additional years of qualifying work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
* Must have background and experience with Business Analysis toolkit including an understanding of systems development lifecycles, architecture and frameworks, problem solving and root cause analysis methods, Use cases, data and process modeling skills and document business process models.
* Also requires effective verbal and written communications skills to consult with management, users, and software vendors.
