Detailed job description Skill Set including years of experience | Skill Set: IBM Sterling Commerce technical lead Experience: 6 – 8 years i. Strong technical resource with hands-on experience on IBM Sterling Order Management System v 9.3 IBM Sterling Order Management System v 9.1 IBM Sterling Call Center for Commerce v 9.3 ii. Responsible for resolving / fixing issues / incidents reported for Sterling OMS and Call center in production environment. Will require on-call / off-hour support for critical production incidents. iii. Responsible for working on minor enhancements / projects end to end – defining solution, coding, testing, deployment. iv. Responsible for Sterling deployments and support for clients Development/Test/QA environments v. Work with Client Managers for planning and stake holder communication vi. Lead Onsite team and ramp up onsite and offshore team members vii. Communication with offshore team through mail, calls on regular basis. viii. Co-ordinate, drive and own the work being done by the team at both onsite and offshore. ix. Weekly and Monthly Status reporting x. Documentation and Process improvements |
