Position: ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE

Location: GASTONIA, NC

Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)

Experience: 5-8 YEARS

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Must have at least 12+ years of overall experience with deep experience on Oracle e Business Suite Financials and/or HR out of which at least 1+ years of experience on Fusion.

·         Must have led/managed implementation(s) of Fusion HR and/or Financials.

·         Must have prior experience of multiple implementations in Oracle EBS HR and/or Financials.

·         Strong communication skills

·         Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team

·         Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Ability to multi task and still stay focused on release priorities

·         PMP Certified preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Project Management:

·         Significant Practical Experience in using Project Management concepts and techniques

·         (EXPERT) Practicing Project manager with sufficient experience Will be responsible for medium to large sized projects or projects of moderate to high criticality (defined by internal and customer context) and be able to handle projects with varying scope and conflict, largely independently with only pointed/limited guidance/supervision from line/practice manager Will be responsible for delivering the project using organization

·         Project management/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting (internal and external) project performance (status and progress) on a periodic basis

·         Will be responsible to evolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to manage internal and external conflicts

·         Will be responsible to engage multiple stakeholders internally and externally and make effective use of escalation channels to solve issues

·         Will be responsible to respond to handle unusual situations and evolve suitable approaches and guide others

·         Will be able to mentor and guide the next level project managers

PeopleSoft Technical:

·         People tools -II, Application Engine, People code, SQR, and Reporting tools
