​Data Analyst W/ Banking Domain || Monterey Park, CA || 6 + Months

Start Date: January 5th
Interview Type: Over the phone and should be able to re-locate to CA.
 
Technology: Greenplum, Oracle, SQL Server, Mainframe, SQL, Data Profiling, Informaticas profiling tool
Primary Skillset: Data analysis; Data Profiling; SQL; Data Mapping
Secondary Skill Set: Data Quality; INFA; Data Modeling Exposure
 
Requirement/Skills:
Banking product knowledge on capital markets products (derivatives, options & futures, fixed income, etc.)  or
Core Banking products (loans, deposits, treasury – FX & Money Market,  Trade Finance)
• Data Warehousing & Data Integration
• Leadership qualities & Experience of 12 years of which last 4-5 years in Banking DW projects.
 
Questions to ask the candidate:
1.    Do you have Data Warehousing & Data Integration experience?
2.    Do you have Banking product knowledge on capital markets products (derivatives, options & futures, fixed income, etc.) or Core Banking products (loans, deposits, treasury – FX & Money Market,  Trade Finance)?
3.    Do you have at least 4-5 years in Banking Data Warehouse projects?
 
Deliverables:
• Identify Data Sources and Data Capture path
• Profile Data
• map data from source to core UDW
• Validate Data
