Job Tittle: Data Analyst
Location: Philadelphia,PA
Duration: 6+ Months contract

Requirements:
 Support the "High Value Care" initiative with reporting and analyses. 
Develop and maintain domain-specific knowledge to understand historical trends and project future utilization.
Act as expert on selected provider entities in terms of membership, practices, performance and areas for improvement. 
Provide subject area expertise for all CPN projects in informatics. 
Provide ad hoc reporting, drill-down and analysis services on IPPIP and other provider performance areas.
Ensure sound research design and analytical methods.
Provide guidance and support to other analysts, managing project timelines, monitoring and ensuring data integrity, evaluating results, summarizing findings.
Advanced degree preferred in public health, statistics, epidemiology, health care, business analytics
Demonstrated skill in advanced programming (SAS, SQL) with large database
3-5 years of experience analyzing large datasets, QA and metadata capabilities, sophisticated statistical analytic skills.
