Duration:12+ Months

 

 

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Experience working with SAN block protocols, FC preferable

• Experience implementing and troubleshooting NetApp systems.

• Experience implementing and troubleshooting SAN Zoning (Brocade or Cisco)

• Experience troubleshooting EMC Networker environment

• Experience automating operational tasks, Powershell preferable.

 

Desirable Functional Skills         

• Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Able to ingest engineering requirements and translate to operation documentation

• Experience testing new hardware solutions and devices
