Position: Message Broker Developer
Location: Long Island City, Queens, NY
Duration: 5 months contract
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of four (4) years' experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid-range, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in the design of program specifications and the
implementation of software solutions.
• IBM Message Broker, MQ, XML, eSQL SQL Server 2005/2008, Web Services.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :
Candidates desired skills/experience: at an expert level, with the following concepts/ technologies: Java 5/6, Struts 2, Spring , WS-Security, J2EE application development (Java/JSP), XML, SQL, and SQL 2005/2008 Server. Candidates should have several years' experience in design, analysis, and programming Java applications based on Strut2 technology.
A "hands-on" Developer with a proven track record of progressive experience, teamwork and technical skills
● Strong technical vision with effective people skills to allow close work with coworkers and senior management
● Ability to manage multiple complex projects for internal and external customers
● Innovative and creative problem solver, who is results oriented, has an aptitude for learning and can maximize resources while possessing a sense of urgency.
