Job Title : Project Manager
Location : Des Moines, IA
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Rate : $55 on C2C
Overview:
Delivers results through leading multiple tactical or strategic projects which are highly complex, cross functional/processes, large scope, high risk. Provides Project Management to ensure business processes and technology solutions aligns with business objectives. Works collaboratively with the business and IT to achieve the stated objectives, measurable goals, and deliverables of these projects. Must continuously utilize proven project management and process improvement methodologies.
These positions will be supporting the Quantum program - Facets experience is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
4-6 years of relatable experience:
4-6 years of proven experience in project leadership, including business process improvements and experience managing technology related projects
Demonstrated ability to achieve business objectives of multiple complex projects
Demonstrates a high degree of ownership and commitment to assigned projects; negotiates the definition of project success with business owners, and hold themselves accountable for project performance
Demonstrated understanding of technical and system environments and enterprise architecture Comprehensive knowledge of various project management, process improvement and system development life cycle methodologies
Innovation and strategic thinking skills, including industry-wide knowledge and understanding of technology processing systems.
Proven skills in building relationships and influencing people across the organization to break down barriers and foster collaboration
Demonstrated process improvement results
Group facilitation skills, negotiation skills and presentation skills demonstrated through successful experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate well with multiple levels of the organization and externally
Experienced trainer, coach, and mentor.
Some travel may be required
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Information Management or Engineering or related field.
Project Management license
Experience in health care, insurance, or financial industry
