Opening for Java Technical Lead

Role                       :               Java Technical Lead

Location                 :               Wilmington, DE

Duration                 :               Long Term Contract

 

Must Have –  JEE, Struts/ Spring, Hibernate, JSP, MS SQL Server, Web Services, IBM WAS, Efficient in client communication, Requirement Analysis

 

Nice to Have – Adobe Flex, Java Swing, Application Design skills

 

The JEE Technical Leads need to

 

1)            Interact with MetLife Business Leads and BSA to understand Business Requirements

2)            Participate in technical discussion for tools and technology evaluation, with MetLife Architects

3)            Communicate with offshore team of size 10-12 , explain functional needs and review technical design

4)            Get application design and code review sign-off from MetLife IT Leads

5)            Coordinate with MetLife IMS team on application deployments
