Requirements Details:

Location: Vancouver,WA

Description

• Design, develop, test, validate and guide the architectural definition for a cloud based server with application software for energy management solutions. 
• The system will include:
  • Visualization, setup, configuration, and management interfaces provided to the user
  • Database management on server systems capturing data from remote sites
  • Networking and security
  • Aggregation of control and performance visualization across multiple physical sites
  • Management of remote SW updates
• Integrate with remote third party data reporting and visualization systems
• Perform web services programming using languages and paradigms including Java, Java Servlets, SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript

 Requirements

• MSCS or equivalent with minimum of 5 years experience in server S/W development
• Proven skills in complete software life-cycle, including requirements definition, system design, development, testing and product launch
• Excellent understanding of scalable services development on an internet server such as Amazon Web Services
• Strong database ( such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite) and web server security skills
• Very strong and highly effective in web languages and methods; HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Jetty, cometd, etc.
• Very strong Java coding skills
• Strong communications skills (verbal and written) and team contributor
