Required skills:
§  SharePoint 2010 and 2007 skills with at least 5 years experience.
§  Development skills in .Net 3.5 and C# for at least 7 years.
§  At least 6 to 8 years overall experience
 
Position 2: SharePoint Administrator
 
Required skills:
§  4 years of experience with creating new SharePoint Web content and integrating and maintaining a SharePoint Web site 
§  Experience with maintaining the look-and-feel of a SharePoint and CMS site
