The Web Application Developer primary duties are: Responsible for administration, development and deployment of enterprise-wide systems, applications and their associated operating systems and databases, including support of systems and applications used specifically to support engineering and operations activity within a telecommunications environment. Position will be responsible for developing enhancements to existing applications to improve performance and quality. Collaborate with other developers, testers, and system engineers to ensure quality product enhancements. We have direct manager contact! Requirements: At least 4 years of overall professional software development experience At least 2 years of scripting language development experience (PHP, PERL, Javascript) At least 2 years of experience working in a Linux/Unix development environment Knowledge of MVC, or Zend, or Catalyst frameworks. Experience developing Web-based applications (HTTP, XML) Query experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL or Oracle) Experience with GIT or Subversion or similar source control tool.
