Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:

Property & Casualty Reinsurance
Life & Health Reinsurance

Desired Technical/Functional Skills:

Application decommissioning and application transformation projects
Should have good domain knowledge in Property & Casualty and Life & health Reinsurance. Should have worked on Reinsurance application/development transformation projects and should be able to handle business discussions on his/her own. Working experience in application decommissioning projects is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Gather decommission business requirements and come up with a customized decommissioning strategy based on customer requirements.
2. Prepare decommission plan based on the finalized decommissioning strategy and get the approval from key stakeholders in Business and IT.
3. Monitor and ensure decommissioning plan is executed as per the approved plan.
4. Consolidate and maintain Legacy Business requirements for the transformation program by working with stakeholders from Business and other vendors.
5. Walk-through and acquire sign-off on Business requirements from customer stakeholders
6. Walk-through Business requirements to Onsite and offshore technical leads.
7. Clarify questions on Business requirements from development team Support development team with development of unit and regression test cases.
