ORACLE INCENTIVE MANAGEMENT - TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL
DURATION : 6 MONTHS

Job description
Project Summary : This large Retail company is looking for a senior Oracle consultant with strong background in Incentive Management (OIM) to work directly with the business in US to gather detailed functional requirements and take them through the entire project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
· Strong Functional expertise in Oracle Incentive Management modules (OIM).
· Strong Technical experience in the various aspects of OIM
· Experience in Oracle Apps 11.x/12 and Oracle AR and AP module.
· Good Functional knowledge in the finance modules of the Oracle suite
· Expertise in negotiation with stake holders and gather/scope requirements.
· Leading teams from other vendors as well as from offshore locations.
· Good written and verbal communication.
Desired Skills
· End to End implementation of OIM modules on prior projects.
· Certified or trained from Oracle on OIM modules.
POSITION : DEVOPS or UNIX ENGINEER
LOCATION: SAN JOSE, CA
DURATION : LONG TERM
Role Expectations:
· Anchor all the onsite centric Devops engagements, partially billable in terms of providing Devops specific consulting / architecting engagements, technical oversight of current engagements.
· Help the offshore team in practice building, creating the unified devops process frameworks, unified tooling frameworks
· Be in touch with the market to understand technology developments, acquire deep technical insights and work with offshore team in internalising such developments, help in building proof of concepts, collaterals etc
Technical skills
· Strong knowledge of UNIX and Unix Internals, UNIX admin processes and best practices
· Ability to develop automation scripts using PHP, PERL, Python, Ruby on Rails, Shell Scripts or Devops specific products such as Ops Code, Chef, Puppet etc.
· Strong understanding of Agile development model
· Good Understanding of ITIL Processes, deployment processes, deployment models specifically around hybrid cloud deployment framework
· Experience with cloud servers and services from AWS, Rackspace or similar
· Ruby on Rails experience (programming, deploying, maintaining, scaling)
· Database monitoring and scaling in a NoSQL environment, e.g., MongoDB
POSITION : DATA CENTER TECHNICIAN
LOCATION: WILMINGTON, DE & NEEDHAM, MA (2 POSITIONS)
DURATION: LONG TERM CONTRACT

· The Technician is responsible for implementing the standards and procedures set forth the BlackRock Data Center Procedures Manual and the Data Center Access Control Policies
· They must be fluent in the standards and practices of the Data Center industry they are responsible for handling work requests performing change management and documenting their work
· Some of the specific Tasks of this Job are listed below Racking cabling and labeling of new and relocated equipment Acting as remote onsite technical support for Unix Windows and Network Teams Entering and completing Change Management tickets and Data Center Work Request tickets Performing tape rotations and custody transfers Implementing Data Destruction procedures Performing inventory management Creating and maintaining as built drawings and elevations Clean up and coordination of cleaning services Daily logging of environmental and electrical data Be on call for off hours emergency work Oversight of contractors performing work within the data center Electrical Mechanical Etc
