Job Title:Java Tech lead

Relevant Experience (Yrs) :8+ years of experience in various roles as developer and module lead.

Necessary Skills :.Front end UI technologies - JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

.Java, EJB 2.0, Hibernate, Spring (especially Spring Integration), Maven, WS, Unix

.Oracle DB - able to write/improve medium to advanced SQL

.Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills

.Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback

.Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models

.Knowledge of computer software, such as Adobe, Java, SQL, etc

Optional skills.Siebel CRM

.Mobility app development; native scripting

Roles & Responsibilities:.Design, build or maintain mobile apps - iSolve, KeyStar Tablet, Co-ordinator, VIP Flex

.Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems

.Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems

.Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria or choose solutions

.Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces


Generic Managerial Skills:

.Good Customer communication

.Ability to delegate to offshore and report status to customer

Education :Graduate
