The SAP Production Planning (PP)  Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for implementing  SAP ECC Production Planning and PO Collaboration, Work order Collaboration,  Customer Collaboration modules.  Expertise should include integrating SAP PP 7.0 with ECC 6.0, PI 7.1, BW/BI 7.1, APO 7.0 on the SAP NetWeaver 7.01 platform as well as SNC integration with external trading partners such as Customers and Suppliers in various formats and protocols (EDI, XML, etc.). The Business Analyst must be able to gather and interpret user requirements into SAP PP configuration settings for business process to standardize to SAP provided processes.

Tasks:

• Configure SAP PP and modules
• Prepare functional specifications for development work.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure accurate configuration and development.
• Prepare process flows and training documents to teach SAP PP and business users.
• Organize and coordinate integration testing scenarios to user community.
• Develop / maintain interfaces that utilize XI, iDoc and CIF functionality.
• Review, implement and write OSS notes to SAP.
• Work with onsite and offshore team of people from application, technology and business teams.
• Ability to work with information technology development team(s) by preparing written business and technical requirements / specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering or equivalent technical work experience is required.
• A functional/technical professional with at least 4+ full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation for Production Planning and 8-10 years of industry or consulting experience.
• At least 4 years of experience implementing SAP PP with 3-4 full cycle implementation in the areas of work order collaboration, PO Collaboration and Customer Collaboration
• Experience in Semiconductor industry is preferred
• 3-4 years' Experience with  EDI messaging, IDoc and/or CIF experience
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision of a Project Lead.
• Must possess leadership, organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and be able to work in a SAP implementation team with need to travel frequently internationally ( Singapore/Taiwan)
• Ability in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Expert technical/functional PP skill.
• Experience and knowledge in Customer Collaboration processes of SAP SNC such as Responsive Replenishment (VMI), Demand Collaboration (Forecasting, Collaborative Sales Forecasting, Promotion Planning), PO and Invoice Collaboration would be huge bonus
• Must have cross-functional business/technical process Knowledge and understanding of interface tools involved.
• Sr. Business Analyst will rely on vast experience, sound judgment and persistence to accomplish said goals. They may lead or direct the work of other team members and often report to the Project Lead or Manager.
• Must possess the necessary leadership, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal.
• Ability to evaluate, recognize need and establish change initiatives to meet business/technical needs.
• This position interacts with the non-information technology business areas to help establish direction, improve customer service, reduce cost or provide for a competitive advantage through IT system deployment.
• This position interacts with information technology development areas by providing written statements of work that translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• This position may also interact with external customers directly. This interaction may take the form of coordinating with a customer's information technology department for EDI, master data, report data and scheduling of jobs.
