Sr. Business Analyst (Securities and Capital Markets)

Location:  Boston MA

Duration: 6 Months

 

Senior Business Analyst / Domain Consultants (Atleast 5 years' experience in Financial Services)

 

Functional Skills-

The domain knowledge should include a strong understanding of the securities & capital markets landscape and the person should have an in-depth understanding in one or more of the following industry practice areas: Asset/Wealth Management, Custody, Exchanges, Securities Reference Data, Market data, Derivatives processing, Fund Accounting/Administration, Pricing and Securities Valuation, Reconciliation, Brokerage platforms, Performance & Risk Analytics and Client  Reporting.

 

Operational Skills-

Good communication skills, team spirit, strong analytical thinking, listening & questioning skills, and client interfacing skills.

The person should be able to own the requirements management for a mid-sized project and lead a team of around 3-4 BAs.

The person should possess advanced business analysis skills proven through delivering in multiple client engagements.

Exposure to working directly with business users at locations is must

 

Technical Skills

The person should be well versed with different types of software development and delivery methodologies such as agile, cloud etc.  Exposure to, Business architecture concepts, SQL and database concepts will be added advantage.
