Desirable Technical Skills - Load Runner Mandatory Technical Skills - Testing - Automated - Loadrunner   Desirable Functional Skills - Expressive and Interactive skills, Documentation Skills Total Experience Required - 5+ 5-8 years of IT experience. - Minimum 4 years of Performance Testing Experience. - 2+ years of experience as a Performance Test Lead. - Strong in Performance Testing Concepts. - Expertise in Performance Test Strategy creation, Test Analysis and Reporting. - Sound knowledge in HP Load Runner and HP Performance Center, HP Sitescope tools.
