Senior Developer - .NET Experience

Bedford, MA

These are initially 8 month contracts, but with a high likelihood of extensions.  On site interviews will be required following phone interview.  Therefore, preference for local candidates.

 

Senior Developer - .NET Experience

 

•       Develops and maintains applications for business processes and systems.

•       Authors Technical Designs (TDs) that define how a functional design will be technically enabled.

•       Develops Unit Test Plans test programs and ensures that standards and policies are adhered to.

•       Obtains Technical Designs and Unit Test plan reviews from Senior Application Developer and may perform Tech Designs and Unit Test plan reviews of other developers.

•       Develops and unit tests application programs as specified in Technical Designs and obtains code reviews from Senior Application Developer, while ensuring that all programming standards and policies are adhered to.

 

Required Skills

•       Microsoft .NET 4.0, SOAP 1.1, 1.2, , MVC, C#, Linq to SQL, Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL 2008, Microsoft Visual Studi2010, Multi-Tier architecture, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery

•       Web services architecture, Unit test function creation, Familiar with standard security best practices, Certificate authentication concepts and implementation

•       Experience deploying and supporting web based applications in a restricted network
