1) 3-4 years of Siebel application support experience, handled production support /help desk type role

2) Business Analyst would need to have good soft skills - good communication skills with users, comes across positive, responsive, more than just an order taker - willing to work with the user on the phone to work through the issue; engage level 3 apps support if cannot be solved

3) Technical skills - Knowledge in Siebel would be very helpful - especially in Loyalty; CCC is nice to have but Loyalty is more important
