QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities
SOAP UI PRO data driven testing(automation) required.
Responsible for all QA activities within the Admin Team
Developing and execute test approaches and test cases
Creating strategy for automated end-user testing
Executing functional, regression and performance test cases while effectively communicating test results
·         Partnering with development, product management and the business to understand system requirements and execute component level testing
·         Bug tracking, reporting and validation based upon project goals and priorities

 

Qualifications:
·         BS or MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering
·         Minimum of 6 years of applicable work experience
·         Expert knowledge of QA methodology and industry-standard testing and bug tracking Tools
·         Proven ability to create, execute and maintain comprehensive test plans
·         3+ years of experience with enterprise software using a Service Oriented Architecture with WCF
·         3+ years of experience with SQL 2005-2008 server testing
·         4+ years of experience testing web-applications
·         Good understanding of Windows Server Operating System (2008R2) and IIS 7.0

 

Desired Qualifications:
Experience following an Agile Development Methodology
Enthusiasm to dig into technical specifications and to troubleshoot problems
Good understanding of Windows Server Operating System (2008R2) and IIS 7.0
Experience gathering requirements and developing Use Cases
Experience with SOAP UI Pro or any automated tools for the web services testing
Strong Interpersonal skills, self-motivated, creative, analytical thinker, fast learner, team player
