Position:- SAP Basis Security Architect

Duration:- 12+ Months

Description :

·         Specifies and designs large and complex systems (e.g. involving significant team size and interaction, integration with multiple systems, covers multiple business processes or geographic regions).

·         Selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools and ensures that they are applied effectively.

·         Reviews others' system design to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies.

·         Establishes policy for selection of architecture components.

·         Evaluates and undertakes impact analysis on major design options.

·         Ensures that the system architecture balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements.

·         Uses appropriate tools, including logical models of components and interfaces, to contribute to the development of systems architectures.

·         Produces detailed component specifications and translates these into detailed designs for implementation using selected products.

·         Sets standards, strategies and procedures across the development lifecycle in the areas of systems integration and testing and ensures that practitioners adhere to them.

·         Maintains an in-depth knowledge of specific technical areas and provides expert advice regarding their application. Can supervise specialist technical consultancy.

·         SAP Applications Technical Architecture design     

·         SAP Applications Technical Security          

·         SAP Applications Technical Administration and Monitoring              

·         SAP Applications Backup and Recovery    

·         SAP Applications Disaster Recovery technical design            

·         Cloning of SAP applications and cloning automation tools      

·         Technical Landscape design and documentation       

·         Integration of SAP and related non-SAP applications into the existing infrastructure, including processing hardware, storage and network

·         Experience with architecture of SAP NetWeaver, Solution Manager, and business applications like SAP ECC, CRM and SRM, components.            

·         Knowledge of SAP High Availability concepts, Adaptive Computing, virtualization techniques, networking.               

·         Requires an expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications, infrastructure, systems design and integration.
