Position: Java Developer

Duration: 6 month contract
Visa : GC or USC only
Preference to candidates that are located in Omaha but open to anything.
B. Qualifications (provide description of required skills and experience):
• 2+ years' Java development experience
• 2+ years' Relational database experience
• Provides technical skill necessary to support incidents, problems, enhancements, and projects for assigned applications and services supported by the team.
• Ability to lead and/or participate in the analysis and design efforts in support of application and business requirements
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of larger team
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, working with peers, management, and business customers to build positive relationships maintains constructive working relationships
• Primary Skill Required: Java, RDBMS, TC Server, IBM Portal
• Second Skill Required: Javascript, React, SOAP/Rest Web Services
• Third Skill Required: Groovy/Grails, DevOps

A. Services Description:
· The IS IFS Producer Sales & Customer support team is currently seeking an Application Systems Analyst to support our operations in Omaha, NE. The team is responsible for developing and supporting applications/systems that support both Agency and Brokerage Sales. The individual will have the opportunity to learn state of the art technologies and systems and to be a catalyst for a high performing team. The individual will provide application/system design and development to support Agency and Brokerage sales areas. Functionality to include screen development, back-end business functionality, data integration and feeds, etc.
· CANDIDATE MUST HAVE VERIFICATION
