Title: SQA Tester
Location: Rochester, MN
Duration: 12+ months
Note: Local are highly preferred
HealthCare Background
Technical Skills:
- Java programming language – professional-level skills, with an emphasis on maintainable code. *
- Java web applications in J2EE *
- Development in Eclipse/RAD IDE *
- Web development frameworks (Spring preferred) *
- JSF development and lifecycle understanding *
- Versioning, build, and dependency management tools: CVS, TFS, Ant, Maven
- WebSphere Application server – install, configure, diagnose, DM, admin console, wsadmin scripting, PMR mgmt
- Java logging frameworks (slf4j, logback & log4j)
- Javascript
- SQL and RDBMS skills (DB2 and MS-SQL, database design, stored procedures)
- Must be having working experience in Web services SOAP and Restful
- Working experience with writing stored procedures and SQL
Extra skills:
- Good to have knowledge about TIBCO Web services
- Good to have knowledge in .net
Soft skills, all of which are essential:
- Diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Writing documentation
- Coding best practices
- Team work and the ability to work under direction and independently as needed
- Ability to check the ego at the door and work collaboratively and give and receive healthy constructive criticism
